Orders via our online shop can be paid with the following payment methods:

Credit Card

We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express with all transactions and refunds processed in Swiss Francs (CHF). For online payments over a certain amount, banks are required to verify two-factor authentication. If you experience any issues with your credit card payment, please contact your bank to ensure your card is registered for this process. If it isn’t, your bank can guide you through the necessary steps. In the meantime, we recommend choosing an alternative payment method, as two-factor authentication is only required for credit card payments.

Paypal

Select “PayPal” at checkout, and you’ll be redirected to log in and confirm your payment. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can create one and proceed with your order. Refunds for returns will be sent to your PayPal account.
