You have the right to cancel the purchase agreement within three days of receiving the goods and to return the items at your own expense.

The items must be returned to us in perfect, undamaged condition, with original tags attached and in their original packaging; otherwise, the right of return is forfeited. Any amounts already paid will be refunded, minus shipping costs and any applicable fees.

There is no right of return for items marked with discounts / SALE / PRELOVED, as well as special promotions, personalised items and for UNDERWEAR and SWIMWEAR for hygiene reasons.
